The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 384, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the informant being the Sevika of the Agganbari Centre No. 6 of Panchayat Raj, Narkatiyaganj alleged that the petitioner used to visit the centre of the informant and obstructed her in performing duty and demanded extortion of Rs. 3,000/-.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation, no offence under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. For a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Shri S.K. Shrivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 69 of 2012, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
