Petitioner seeks bail in Laheri P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365 and 366/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl on her recovery has not levelled any allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner in the written report that this petitioner and other accused persons have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. Certified copy of statement of victim girl has been

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.03.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
