Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 333, 341, 353, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner constructed her hutment by encroaching public road and when the informant being police officer went to remove the encroachment then informant was obstructed in performing official duties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner constructed the hutment on the purchased land and the purchase of the petitioner has also been admitted by the informant.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation and the
