Petitioners seek bail in Madanpur P.S. Case No.191 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 and 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that all these petitioners are ladies. They have clean antecedents. They had gone to perform Puja, but due to rush at Puja place some hot argument took place between petitioners and the informant and they have been falsely implicated in the case. Petitioners are in custody since 16.08.2018.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S.
