2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, one Bambam Yadav and Rupesh Yadav have shot at the victim
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and there is no allegation of overtact against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,-1st, Naugachia, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Gopalpur Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
