Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of D.P. Act. Informant (wife of the petitioner) has alleged that petitioner (husband) assaulted and ousted her due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant herself left her matrimonial house. He is in custody since 27.03.2018.

No.67341 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -XII, Siwan, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016.
