2. The petitioner before this Court is one of the trustees of the institution. He has approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondent to issue "No Objection Certificate to establish a college of nursing for conducting the courses of A.N.M., G.N.M. and B.Sc. nursing at Ekma in the district of Saran at Chapra.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the institution in question was duly inspected and, based upon the inspection report, the District Magistrate as well as Civil Surgeon, Saran had recommended on 02.08.2024 and 18.10.2024 respectively for issuance of no objection certificate. However, despite the recommendation made in favour of the institution in question, till date no decision has been taken.

4. Learned advocate for the respondents have apprised this Court that the issue regarding issuance of no objection certificate has been put on hold awaiting the report of the Quality Council of India.

5. Be that as it may, considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court deems it apt and proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner, as prayed for in the writ petition and pass appropriate decision preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
