2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120B of the IPC.

3. There is allegation against co-accused Manir Alam that he executed a sale deed of the land, belonging to the informant, in favour of his son.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is neither vendor nor vendee. He is merely an attesting witness of the sale deed. He has submitted

No.57157 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 further that co-accused Manir Alam has filed anticipatory bail petition in which no coercive step has been granted and the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The petitioner is under custody since 05.06.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
