The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 367 of 2010 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 302, 452 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected twice vide order dated 13.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4100 of 2019 and vide order dated 20.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87495 of 2019.
No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62880 of 2021(13) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 application is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of six months.
However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within a period of six months, he would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
