Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61783 of 2017 (4) dt.02-05-2018 2/3 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Piprahi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 409, 406, 419, 420, 468, 471, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that two Criminal Writs have been filed vide Cr. WJC No. 2549 of 2017 and 2510 of 2017. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that interim relief has been granted to the petitioners of Cr. Misc. 63203 of 2017 in Cr. W.J.C. No. 2510 of 2017. It has further been submitted that Cr. W.J.C. No. 2510 of 2017 has been directed to be listed along with Cr. W.J.C. No. 1887 of 2017. The petitioners of Cr. Misc. 61783 of 2017 have also filed Cr. W.J.C. 2549 of 2017 which has been directed to be listed along with Cr. W.J.C. No. 1887 of 2017.

In such circumstances, this Court does not find any apprehension of arrest to the petitioner at this stage. These applications are accordingly disposed off with direction to the petitioners that in the event they have any apprehension of arrest after disposal of aforesaid Cr. Writ

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61783 of 2017 (4) dt.02-05-2018 3/3 petitions, they will be at liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application.
