JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 8.6.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of NDPS Act.

From the house of the petitioner 340 grams of ganja were recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery was made from the joint family house and Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is submitted by Mr. J.N. Thakur, learned App for the state has not controverted the quantum of recovery.
