The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shahpur Bahoranpur O.P. P.S. Case No.272 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the recovery of six cartridges from the house of the petitioner and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
