Petitioner seeks bail in Sursand P.S. Case No.72/18 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of I.P.C. Allegation as per the F.I.R. is of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant.
Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is well known to the informant and he has wrongly been made accused in this case. The victim has not disclosed the name of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.P. and he is in custody for more than six months having no criminal antecedent.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64839 of 2018 (2) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,Sitamarhi, in Sursand P.S.
