The petitioners being the grand father, uncle and cousin of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within two years of marriage.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is 75 years old person, who is retired from Bokaro Still Plant. Petitioner no. 2 is the son of petitioner no. 1, who is also employed since 2007 in the State of Gujrat, Punjab, Karnataka and Jharkhand. Moreover, the

Considering the relationship of the petitioners with the husband of the victim and thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 232 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
