This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 363, 366A, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the first information report named accused person came on three motorcycles to kidnap Archana Kumari, the minor daughter of the informant. When the villagers came for rescue, criminals fled away leaving the motorcycles. Submission of the petitioner is that the matter is of love affairs between the daughter of the informant and co-accused, Ajay Kumar Jha. None of the motorcycles was of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is a Senior Technician in M/S Eco Cement Limited, Mohania, Kaimur. He has been implicated because of his co-villager, Ajay Kumar Jha. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhairab Asthan P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, or successor Court.
