JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 544 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 419/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he appeared in Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination, 2019 in place of one Satyam Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
