The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 216 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is named in the FIR only on the confessional statement made before the police and there is no cogent material to connect the petitioner in the present case and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., (west)
