05.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 17 of 2013 registered under Sections 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner and the fact that seven to eight witnesses have been examined as per the submission of Counsel for the Informant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16406 of 2014 (5) dt.05-01-2015 Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, and the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
