JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two motorcycles and one engine of motorcycle were seized from the house of the petitioner.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that one motorcycle belongs to brother of the petitioner whereas another motorcycle belongs to petitioner and so far as engine of the motorcycle is concerned, the said engine belongs to the motorcycle of the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, petitioner replaced the aforesaid engine from old engine purchased by him from a Kabari.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40677 of 2016 (2) dt.03-10-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No.298 of 2016.
