JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 24-02-2025 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the prayer made in this writ application, it appears that the petitioner has moved before this Court without availing the alternative and efficacious remedy as available to him in law.
2. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Teacher Appellate Authority within four weeks and the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13813 of 2022(8) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 appeal of the petitioner within a period of four months in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties, without being impeded by the issue of limitation, as also considering the fact that vide order dated 23.02.2023, one post has been kept reserved for the petitioner.
