Mr.Uma Shankar Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., on 24.05.2025 at about 6 PM, all the named accused persons including petitioners assaulted husband and son of informant and when one Santosh Rai went to save them, he was also assaulted. It is further alleged that accused

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute between them. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Injuries, allegedly caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 206 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
