Saheb Yadav was apprehended along with a motorcycle without having registration number who on query had disclosed that he had purchased the same from the petitioner and on that very score, petitioner happens to be under custody since 01.11.2016. Accordingly, petitioner Uday Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, IInd, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No.136/2016.
