The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.09 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is said to have tortured the informant physically and mentally due to non-fulfillment of demand of additional dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed the third supplementary affidavit in Court today stating therein that the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 filed a Permission and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49762 of 2019(11) dt.20-06-2022 2/2 joint compromise petition before the learned court of CJM, Muzaffarpur in Mahila P.S. Case No.09 of 2019 on 16.04.2022 as they have mutually agreed to compromise the case outside the court.

The third supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner today in Court is kept on record. Taking into consideration the fact that the parties are ready to compromise the present case outside the court, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six seeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mahila P.S.
