There was no representation on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 on the last occasion. Today, also there is no representation on his part though notices had gone to the opposite party no. 2 and she had appeared through Vakalatnama. Under these circumstances, this Court has proceeded to pass final orders. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail as the matter has been compromised outside the Court. Perusal of Annexure -3, which is an order dated 30.08.2016, reveals that there has been an application filed for withdrawal of certain case and therefore, the applicant has prayed for withdrawal of M.R. Case No. 352 of 2014. In the said order, it has been recorded that the case has been compromised outside the

Thus, in view of changed circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 158 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
