2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for directing the Respondent No.2 for early disposal of Purcha Cancellation Case No.26 of 2023 which was initiated on the direction of this Hon'ble Court vide its Order dated 06.07.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

2215 of 2023 (Shashi Bhushan Prasad Ambastha V/s The State of Bihar & Others) and further direction to the Respondent No.2 to enquire into the matter and thereafter pass a reasoned and speaking Order;

(ii) for any other order(s) may be passed, direction(s) given or reliefs granted to the Petitioner which he is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. The petitioner has come before this Court with limited prayer to decide the Purcha Cancellation Case No.26 of 2023 (Shashi Bhushan Prasad Ambastha V/s Sachey Paswan & Others) which is pending before the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No. 12452 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 3/3 authority, the Collector, Begusarai since the year 2023.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if the same is still pending, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, the Collector, Begusarai to take up the matter and dispose it of maximum by 31.03.2026.
