The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420,419,467,468,471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the computer shops of the petitioners were raided from where voter I card of different persons, voter list, land possession certificate, papers of old age pension, application for grant of diesel subsidy, camera, data card CD and computer were seized.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the seizurelist does not depict that any forged

No.36604 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 documents were seized hence it is submitted that even assuming the nature of recovery, no offence under sections 420,419,467,468,471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 233 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
