Patna High Court CWJC No.18680 of 2021(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 Case No. 279 of 2018 by District Programme Officer, Gaya (contained in Annexure-7) by which service of petitioner as the post of Anganwari Sevika on 25.05.2018 in General body meeting in Ward No. 13 has been cancelled without considering the facts and circumstances of the case for setting aside the consequential order dated 27.5.2019 passed by concerned Lady Supervisor, Konch, in Gaya, whereby and whereunder the respondent no. 7 has been appointed without following the law and procedure."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
