The petitioner seeks bail in Samastipur G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 374 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 23/26 of the J.J. Act.

The informant in-charge inspector of RPF post, Samastipur alleged that Munawwar Ansari, Md. Shahabuddin, Md. Islam and Kusuma Devi were taking eight minor children from a vehicle. On suspicion they were enquired and the accused persons disclosed that they were taking the minors to Rajasthan to provide them job in a bangles factory.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the driver of the vehicle and he has no manner of

The vehicle of the petitioner was hired and he was simply plying the vehicle. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Samastipur in Samastipur G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016.
