There is specific allegation against the co-accused Janardan Rishideo to push the informant's wife, as a result of which she fell down on the earth and she was taken to the hospital where she was declared brought dead.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that in course of investigation, two witnesses stated about the involvement of the petitioner in the present crime. Moreover, co-accused Janardan Rishideo has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
