The petitioner seeks bail in Hasanpur P.S.Case No.200/17 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner is said to be cousin father-in-law of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner and own father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.08.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.38384 of 2018 which will appear from para 9 of this petition and he is in custody since 04.05.2018 Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
