The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Alauli P.S. Case No. 269 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner produced forged letter of Secretary of Commissioner of Munger with regard to selection of Sevika and got the appointment of one Sulekha Kumari terminated.

It is submitted that petitioner is innocent lady and has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case by the authorities. As a matter of fact, this petitioner was appointed and her appointment was challenged by Sulekha Kumari and she made allegation against Head Assistant and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63069 of 2021(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 Data Entry Operator. It is further submitted that FIR has been lodged against petitioner ignoring the fact that petitioner was already a selected candidate and her selection was challenged by Sulekha Kumari. The engagement of petitioner was challenged on the ground that marksheet of the educational institution of the petitioner was not recognized and she was removed and against her removal she filed an appeal before the Commissioner being Appeal No. 11/20-21 which is still pending before the Commissioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 269 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
