2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 228 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 120(B), 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. In the trial, out of twenty seven witnesses, seven witnesses have already been examined and they have supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs. State of Rajasthan

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61805 of 2024(4) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 & Anr. reported in 2024 SCC Online SC 3539, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
