2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 8, 20(b)(ii), 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56535 of 2024(3) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 502 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Aandar Police Station, Siwan on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
