Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that co-accused, Manish Kamkar @ Mangar, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by the learned court below and except the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the case of the petitioner appears to be on same footing of that co-accused, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (K.B.)
