The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 147, 148, 149, 307, 325, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of injuries caused on the vital part to several persons and there is cross cases against them and the use of weapon sufficiently to deny, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
