2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agaion (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 109(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have supplied arms and ammunition for committing crime.

4. The petitioner has criminal antecedent also.

5. Considering the above, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed and the interim protection granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.08.2025 is hereby vacated.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender within the next four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur will take all steps for arrest of the accused persons.
