This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.
According to first information report, some unknown person got down along with the child of the informant while the informant was sleeping. The informant disclosed the mobile number on which call for ransom was made. On suspicion the petitioner was arrested and he is in custody since 18.06.2016. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the referred mobile is not of the petitioner. There is no other material against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Narkatiaganj G.R. P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
