In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 353 of 2015 (arising out of Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 309 of 2012) registered for offences under sections 341/376/379/448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7516 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 19.4.2016 had rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months from the date of the order. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 29.5.2015. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Dular Sai @
