Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail petition the petitioner has died, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in connection with Phulpras P.S.Case No.331 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani.
