It has been alleged that house of petitioner was searched and during course thereof, petitioner managed to give a slip. Furthermore, four glasses were found having foul smell. Furthermore, it has been disclosed that Mahua Jawa was found soaked but, during course of seizure became destroyed.

Considering the nature of allegation as indicated above in consonance with the period of detention since 19.08.2016, petitioner Satyendra Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No.164/2014.
