2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 502/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8/20(b) (ii) (b), 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. One countrymade pistol and two live cartridges as well as 1.5 Kgs. of Ganja have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. He further submits that the petitioner is not an accused in any similar case.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Siwan/ concerned court in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 502/2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Asaon police station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

7. The Sessions Judge, Siwan is directed verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in the similar nature of cases, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
