The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No.104 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations made in the first information report, which has been instituted inter alia under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code in which name of the petitioners transpired in course of investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to
