Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22/33 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

25 Kg. of Ganja was recovered from the Kitchen of house of this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection with Ladaniya Police Station Case No. 93 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 09 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani/successor Court.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
