Petitioners are accused in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of U.A.P. Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 60829 of 2018 on 10.10.2018. Petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50295 of 2019(3) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional District Judge, Jamui in connection with Sessions Trial No. 214 of 2019 arising out of Chakai P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016.
