The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, the accused persons on the point of pistol robbed the informant of a total amount of Rs. 80,000/.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Anil Kumar who has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 16.4.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 7990 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 8.7.2020, no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10072 of 2021(3) dt.29-07-2021 2/2 investigation in the case has concluded. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade.

The application for bail is opposed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mahesi P.S. Case no. 125 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.
