Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S.Case No.656 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, on the sound of the firing, the informant went there and saw her husband dead and in the torch light they saw the petitioner and other accused persons fleeing away. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the parties and due to that the petitioner being brother-in-law of Nitish Kumar has been named in this case. It is also submitted that in her re-statement, she has categorically stated that the name of the petitioner has

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S.Case No.656 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
