Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 406/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and thereafter, she was also ousted from the house.

Submission is that petitioner is innocent and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.08.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53826 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015.
