The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 461 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons loading the plastic pipes on a pick-up van from the go-down of the informant when two miscreants were caught on the spot, who suggested the name of petitioner and co-accused Chandan Paswan, as persons, who escaped from the scene. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32481 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.668 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
