The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.137 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rakesh Kumar.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
