The petitioner seeks bail in Jogbani P.S. Case No. 131/2018, instituted for offences under Sections 21 and 22 of NDPS Act.

It is alleged in the written report that police recovered different kinds of injection, as mentioned in the written report, from possession of one Amit Kumar.

It is mentioned in the impugned order that aforesaid Amit Kumar has disclosed the name of this petitioner before the police stating that petitioner had provided aforesaid drugs to him after obtaining the same from one Guddu Khan. Co-accused Amit Kumar has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70311 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 42803/2018 dated 09.08.2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 131/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
